Who we are

Pirali.beer (“we”, “our”, “Pirali”) is a craft beer brand produced in the village of Niabauri, Ozurgeti municipality, Guria, Georgia. The beer is produced by Guria Alco LLC.

1. Information you provide

The contact form on this site does not submit anywhere. Pressing send simply opens your own email program with a message already filled in (venue, contact person, city, phone, email). You decide whether to send it — or not.
We therefore receive only what you choose to send us yourself by email, or what you tell us by phone: +995 551 995 992. The site itself collects nothing and stores nothing.

2. Information collected automatically

The site uses no web analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels, and no comparable technology.
The site stores nothing in your browser's memory (local storage / session storage) — no language preference, no age confirmation.
Like any website, this one is served from a hosting provider (Vercel Inc.). For security and reliability the provider keeps standard server access logs (IP address, time of request, browser identifier). Those logs stay with the provider, for the period set by its own policy; we do not use them to identify anyone.

What we do with this information

Messages received by email or phone: only to answer you and to agree on working together.
Server access logs: only for the security and technical stability of the site.
We run no marketing mailings, and there is no newsletter to subscribe to on this site.

Who we share your data with

No one. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. The only exceptions are:

Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.), which serves the site technically and keeps the server access logs described above.
As required by law, if mandated by Georgian legislation or a court order.

How long we keep it

Email correspondence: as long as the business relationship requires, and no longer than 2 years, after which it is deleted.
Server access logs: for the period set by our hosting provider; we keep no copy of them.

Your rights

Under GDPR and Georgian law you have the right to:

Access: request what data we hold on you.
Correction: request correction if data is wrong.
Deletion: request full deletion of the correspondence and data we hold.
Objection: ask us to stop processing your data.
Complaint: contact Georgia's Personal Data Protection Service (personaldata.ge).
